Secure payment 

Caphira has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide on our site against unauthorized access and use. The credit card numbers are not kept on the Caphira.com website but in a secure zone managed by the services of Shopify. 

 

Our privacy policy 

The Caphira.com website undertakes to disclose your contact information only to third parties involved in the progress of your order process: bank, delivery service, etc. Thus, when you open an account on the Caphira.com website, we collect the necessary data for billing and delivery of your order: your name, address, telephone number and email address. 

 

Order 

Choose among our sets of accessories and our different collections, the product Caphira that suits you. After selecting a Caphira item in the scroll bar, it appears, along with the product description. To acquire it, simply click on the "Add to Cart" tab. 

At any time, you can consult your cart and modify it by clicking on the "My Cart" tab located at the top right of the site. 

When your choice is final, validate your basket by clicking on "I confirm my order". Check carefully for the correctness of your contact information: names, first names, phone number, email address and billing and delivery addresses (if different). Then choose your payment method. Payments can be made by check or credit card. A confirmation page is displayed. Once you click on "I confirm my order", your order is instantly sent to our services to be processed. A confirmation e-mail is sent directly to your e-mail.

Order modality 

Any order supposes the adhesion to these general conditions of sale. The sales contract is subject to Indian law. 

For each product selected on the site Caphira.com, a summary page will be displayed, including the photo of the article, its colors and references, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be sent to Caphira for processing. 

 

If every effort is made to ensure that the colour and pattern of Caphira products whose photos are displayed on the website www.caphira.com are faithful to the original products, variations may occur, in particular because of the technical limitations of the rendering colors on your computer equipment. Therefore, the company Caphira cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies of the photographs or graphical representations of Caphira products appearing on the site Caphira.com

Caphira reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if Caphira reasonably believes that this customer has breached these Terms and Conditions, that he has engaged in an activity fraudulent, or for any other legitimate reason. 

 

Product availability 

Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last. In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided at the time of placing your order. 

Caphira reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the articles offered on the site. 

Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible, by offering you to order another article on the site Caphira.com instead, cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded no later than 30 days of payment if your bank account has been debited. 

Caphira incurs no liability in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products. 

 

Order validation 

The sale is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer. A summary of your order will be sent to you by e-mail and with evidential value of the transaction. In case of conflict between the company Caphira and one of its customers on a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by Caphira are considered irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction. 

 

Price - Payment 

The prices of Caphira products are indicated in rupees, all excluding taxes. 

Caphira reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the products offered on the Caphira.com website. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates posted on the site Caphira.com at the time of the validation of your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this moment. 

In the case where several shipments are necessary for an order, the participation in the processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. 

Products are shipped to the delivery address you specified during the order process. 

 

We only accept payments by credit and debit cards. All orders are payable in dollars. The shipping of your order takes place only after verification of your mode of payment and reception of the debit authorization of your card. The debit of your credit or debit card only occurs at the time of shipment of your order. In case of unavailability of certain items ordered, only the price and shipping costs for the products available will be charged. 

 

Shipping and Delivery 

Your package is dispatched within 2 business days. 

Additional delivery times are those made by our carrier (1 to 20 days depending on the country of delivery). The company Caphira cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery from the carrier. 

In addition, any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any complaint made beyond thirty calendar days after the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account. 

At the time of delivery, you must check the conformity of the goods and indicate, if possible, on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product etc.). then contact Customer Service by email to keep them informed. 

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds 

You have the option to return or exchange any product ordered on the site Caphira.com that does not correspond to your expectations within 7 days of the date of delivery, under the following conditions: Products must be returned accompanied of their invoice of purchase, or of a copy in case of partial return, in their state and in the packing of origin, to the address you will provide to you. This policy of returns, exchanges and refunds occurs exclusively in the context of a purchase order issued in a country of the European Union. Outside the framework of the European Union, this policy of returns, exchanges and refunds concerns exclusively not on sales and not discounted products. 

In case of exchange: 

- If the amount of the product (s) chosen in replacement has a value greater than the amount of the product (s) returned (s), you will have to pay the difference in price in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

- If the amount of the product (s) chosen in replacement has a value lower than the amount of the product (s) returned (s), the price difference will be refunded by the company Caphira in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

The refund of the articles is made by transfer (if you paid by CB) at the latest 30 days after the reception of the parcel. 

Only the cost of return will be charged except in case of defective items for which an exchange will be made. 

In addition, we do not offer a refund, even partial, if the product in question is a product that you have received as a gift. 

 

Caphira will not be responsible for any loss, mis-delivery or late delivery of a product you wish to return to Caphira.com, as long as the transport risks you choose and you initiate are on you. 

 

Intellectual property 

All the elements (drawings, models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, brands ...) constituting the site Caphira.com is the exclusive property of the company Caphira, with the exception of images from databases open-source photos and images belonging to our suppliers. Errors in the right to the image may exceptionally exist, despite our vigilance to respect the intellectual property title of others. In this case, please write to contact@caphira.com to report the error and correct it. The company Caphira reserves the right not to be held responsible if the company Caphira was deceived in the use of these images. 

The brand "Caphira" displayed on the site and the domain name "Caphira.com" are and will remain the exclusive property of Caphira. 

Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks without the express prior consent of Caphira, for any reason whatsoever, is prohibited. You may not reproduce in whole or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell all or part of the content of the site, or create derivative works from it. 

You may make a copy of the internet pages published on the Caphira.com website for your private, personal and non-commercial use, provided that any copy of these Internet pages retains all the "copyright" and copyright notices. exclusive rights therein. 

The ordered products remain the property of the company Caphira until the complete collection of the order. In the event of a payment incident, you agree to return the products received. 

 

Applicable law - Litigation 

These General Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with Indian law without taking into account the principles of conflict of laws. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. The parties agree that any dispute arising from this contract falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in Delhi (INDIA).
